Sykes #171113 Wall Cabinet I am a cabinetmaker located in southeast Penna., when I have slow down time or between projects I build or refinish various pieces of furniture. This flush Primitive / Rustic wall mounted cabinet is a Design Build Based on an Early Traditional Penna. Theme it is new and has never left my shop. Dimensions at the widest points are 32” High x 22 ½” Wide x 9 ½” Deep • Custom Bench made Design Build 2017 • Hand Worked [Hand Planned Casework] • Solid Northern White Pine Primary Recycled wood • Traditional Pennsylvania Federal Design • ¼” Square Peg Case Construction • Plate Display Grooves Cut in the Mid and Bottom Shelves • Open Face with one Scalloped Shelf • Flush Wall Mount or Countertop - Tabletop Display • ¼” Beaded Case • Solid Brass Knob • Low Gloss [Matte Finish] • Tired of foreign imports and pressboard • American Made – One at a Time • Ready to Hang – Comes with Metal Hangers • Custom Sizes / Custom Orders Welcome The majority of my work is Design-Build and bench made one at a time [one of a kind design]. I strive to use solid wood in construction in my work and only occasionally use high quality plywood where deemed it would outperform a natural wood species, I hate pressboard, and MDF type products and you will never find them in any of my work. Finishes are applied by hand and often involve time consuming multistep processes to achieve an antique, vintage or worn appearance. The cabinets and furniture I build are made from a majority of reclaimed wood. While my work is design-build in the traditional style, the use of the reclaimed wood gives the piece an original worn appearance without beating up the piece to make it look old. When using reclaimed wood, there will be imperfections knots-knot holes, nail holes, scratches, dings and dents. Those imperfections are what make each piece stand out on its own from the next. Shipping: Shop is located approx. 20 to 25 miles Southeast of Philadelphia; arrangements for FREE PICKUP AT THE SHOP are always welcome. Shipping arrangements by the customer are also welcome. If I ship: Most of the work is one of a kind and has to be custom boxed or crated, along with the time and material, and the shippers cost. Returns: Every honest attempt is made to describe the piece being sold, if additional questions or pictures are requested I will do my best to provide additional information. No returns are accepted.
